GOGOGolf 계정과 저장된 데이터의 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다. 두 가지 방법 중 편하신 쪽을 이용하시면 됩니다.

본인 확인을 위해 가입하신 이메일 주소에서 직접 보내주셔야 합니다. 요청을 받으면 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리하고 회신드립니다.
탈퇴하지 않고 특정 데이터만 지우실 수도 있습니다.

앱을 쓸 수 없는 상황이라면 위 방법 2의 이메일로 삭제할 항목을 적어 보내주셔도 됩니다.

위 데이터는 지체 없이 완전히 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다. 별도의 보관 기간을 두지 않습니다.
단체 행사에 기록된 스코어는 남습니다.
그 기록은 회원님만의 데이터가 아니라 같은 행사에 참가한 다른 분들의 순위와 시상 결과를 구성하는 자료이기 때문입니다. 지우면 다른 참가자들의 등수가 바뀝니다.
보관 기간: 남는 항목은 해당 행사의 홀별 타수와 표시용 닉네임뿐이며, 정해진 기간 없이 그 행사의 주최자가 행사를 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다. 주최자가 행사를 삭제하면 닉네임과 함께 즉시 사라집니다. 이 기록은 다른 목적으로 이용되지 않습니다.
기기에만 저장된 정보(직접 등록하신 골프장의 홀별 파, 언어 설정)는 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 사라집니다.

You can request deletion of your GOGOGolf account and its data in either of the following ways.
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us.

Subject: GOGOGolf account deletion request
Body: the email address you registered with.
Please send it from the registered address so we can verify it is you. We respond and complete the deletion within 7 business days.
You can remove specific data and keep your account.

If you cannot use the app, email us as described in Option 2 and say which data you want removed.

These are deleted in full without undue delay and cannot be recovered. No retention period is applied.
Scores you recorded in a group event remain.
They are not yours alone — they are the rows that make up other players' rankings and prize results for that event, and removing them would change everyone else's placing. They are removed, along with your nickname, when the organiser deletes that event.
Data stored only on your device (par values for courses you entered, your language preference) is never sent to a server and is removed when you uninstall the app.
